Burns and Taylor is the partnering of Gary Burns, a longtime well-recognized FF&E installation contractor and Mark Taylor, a hospitality project manager and owner’s consultant.  Together, they bring to the industry a clear understanding of what is required in the execution and successful completion of a hotel FF&E installation project, whether it be new construction or a renovation.

 

In the early stages of a project, Burns and Taylor determine the logistics required to insure that product is efficiently and effectively delivered to site, unloaded and installed with minimum impact to other site functions or hotel operations.

Logistics, scheduling of deliveries, and determining labor allocation all contribute to keeping the flow of completed areas in line with general contractors’ schedules and hotel operators’ pre-opening phasing.

 

Having worked closely with designers, ownership groups, purchasing agents and general contractors over the years, Burns and Taylor brings the knowledge and experience necessary to insure that the final product is delivered, as intended, from the guestrooms to the public areas, including F&B outlets.
